Stainless Steel Products
Our stainless steel products are eligible for return. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and for shipping the product back to us. Returned items must be in their original condition.

3D-Printed Plastic Products
All 3D-printed plastic products are made to order and are not eligible for returns due to their made-to-order nature.

Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact our customer support team with your order information and photos of the damaged or defective product so we can assist you.
