Cups are great but should note its only for 16oz cans. I tried a 12oz can to test it out and broke some tabs off of the bottom. I think it should be noted in the welcome card that 16 oz cans are narrower than 12oz cans.

Yes, you drink the top can. When it is empty, push it out and load it into the bottom. The second can automatically pops up into drinking position. When both are empty, you can repeat the motion with full cans, or the lids screw off.
Just wipe it down with a damp cloth. Keep it out of the dishwasher and away from high heat.
